Here we go!

Hello, blogging world!

So, I've decided to join you. As a younger lady, I followed many a fashion/style/vintage blog but never got round to joining in myself. I joined Instagram several years ago after I lost interest in blogs, and loved being inspired by many a creative around the world and sharing my love of vintage fashion through my personal photos. I realised some time ago, that I had started to use my Instagram a little like a personal blog, and I would often write lengthy posts under my picture and then realise I'm rambling, and delete most of it! I suppose I find writing very therapeutic.

After one such rambling post about my crazy morning *attempting* to get out the door with my toddler to look for vintage treasures at the local car boot sale (and my subsequent loot), An Instagram pal (the gorgeous and super stylish Nat Wallers) mentioned that she would happily read a blog about my daily adventures with my daughter, Luna and a peek at my 'fabulous finds'. So here I am (only 8 months late, Nat 😉). I'm pretty awful at technology...but you never learn until you try, hey?

So a little about me. I'm Georgie, mum to my 20 month old daughter Luna Rose and wife to my lovely Darren (Daz). I'm a full-time mum since having my daughter, but have recently set up my little vintage clothes shop over at Etsy www.lunarosevintageshop.etsy.com It's something I had wanted to do for years, and is still in the early stages, but I am SO happy that I get to do something I love so much. I adore vintage clothing, especially anything dreamy from the 60's and 70's, rummaging for bargains - car boot sales, charity shops, flea markets, eBay, skips (!!) you name it.
